It is our custom for Sunday evenings to be given to consideration of basic gospel topics, primarily for the benefit of those who are not yet committed to Jesus.
These can vary in format from Family Services to workshop to classic lecture-style presentations, often with PowerPoint.
They are a good opportunity to come along and meet us and to get a feel for what the basic messages are.
The format usually includes prayers, hymns/songs and Bible readings, though we like to encourage informality.
On the first Sunday of the month the time is changed from 6:00 to 3:00pm for a Family Service. On these Sundays we like to stay together after the Sunday morning meeting for a shared lunch. The topic is chosen as suitable for children and they are involved in the service through Bible reading, answering questions and perhaps some light-hearted activities.
