Reading the Bible for 100 Years

Last year 2015 we enjoyed celebrating our Centenary - 100 years of reading the Bible in Luton and Dunstable!

Our community here was founded during WW1 in 1915 by the preaching of a Christadelphian in Luton town square. We moved to the Kirby Rd hall in 1974 after refurbishing it from derelict with a lot of hard work.

Below is a photo from our 100 Year Reunion event in May 2015. We invited all our ex-members and had a great day together with a Hog Roast and plenty of reminiscing.

We also had an Open Day in July - the sun shone and we enjoyed a summer BBQ, some stalls, a 100 balloon release and planted a tree. We also shared our 100 favourite Bible verses and read 100 Psalms.
